Kingscliff High School was established as a co-educational comprehensive secondary school. The school has close ties with the adjoining Kingscliff Institute of TAFE. It draws its students from a broad range of socio-economic backgrounds. Kingscliff High School has established a reputation for outstanding achievement in all areas of school life. The school enjoys an enviable reputation in the local and wider community. The school’s motto, “Achievement through Endeavour” provides the philosophy upon which all areas of our school life are based.

The school endeavours to set the highest standards for our students. The school prospers from the positive and co-operative relationships that exist between students and staff, along with high levels of self-belief. Staff and students work harmoniously to reach high levels of achievement in most areas of school endeavour. This is an essential component in the success of our large school which has an enrolment of approximately 1200 students taught by an experienced staff of close to 100 teachers.
